Ann Lanier

Ann was instrumental in the concept of the AMERICAN DOBERMAN PINCHER EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION. Ann realized the importance of keeping intact historical collections from the pioneers of the Doberman in America. Through her strong relationships with many of those icons from the past, Ann was entrusted as caretaker of some of the most important recordings of the breeders who dedicated their lives to the Doberman. Working in concert with Foundation contributors, this comprehensive collection has grown to an excess of 37,000 pieces of history. The collection includes photos, breeding records, manuscripts and film. Because of Ann’s vision and the ever expanding work of the Educational Foundation, an accurate account of the development of the Doberman in America is available today to inspire current and future generations.
